Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

At FKLV, we strive to provide high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear statement by email to our contact page, on our website.

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Products you wish to return
  • Date of delivery

You may also use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, although this is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

3. Returning Products

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned unused beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content supplied electronically after performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right.
  • Other exceptions permitted under applicable EU consumer law.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
